The quantity of items you are interested in? Whether or not you need help with set up?
The name of your venue, and the name of the room at your venue if there are more than one.
If you are interested in ceiling draping we will need to know the room dimensions and ceiling height.
If you are interested in a backdrop we will need to know where in the room you would like it placed, and what length you would like it to be.
What time do you have access to the space, and what time does everything need to be taken down.
