RESERVATION
How do I reserve my date?
It's simple. Email info@wevegotitcoverd.net and let us know the day and time that you have chosen. We will email you a contract and invoice to reserve your date. Once your contract and deposit of 50% have been received, you will receive a contact form regarding your wedding's details to fill out and send back to us.
What is your cancellation policy?
Micro Wedding dates and times are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once a date and time have been purchased, sales are final. There are no refunds, and you can not transfer to a different date.
What about COVID?
We do follow CDC guidelines and Minnesota mandates. If there is a mandate in place that does not allow weddings, we will work with you to plan a new date. If the mandate drops the guest count below what you had in mind, we still move forward with the lower guest count.
When can I make a reservation?
Reservations for open dates are available up until two weeks before the wedding date based on availability.
The Planning Process
How many guests can I have at my Micro Wedding?
The package price includes up to 20 guests (including the wedding couple). Sorry, no more than 20 guests.
Do children count towards guest count?
Children under two years old do not count towards your guest count. Children over two years old count towards the total guest count.

Do you have any upgrade options?
Yes, we offer several upgrades so that you can customize your Micro Wedding experience. These can be purchased when you book your date or can be purchased during the planning process. Please ask your wedding planner for additional information!
Can I add upgrades later?
Of course! Your wedding planner will work with you to customize your Micro Wedding experience.

Can we visit the venue before our Micro Wedding?
Yes! Once you book your event and receive your planning email from your wedding planner, they will be happy to schedule a time to come and tour.
What if it rains?
No problem. If the weather turns to rain, your Micro Wedding will be moved indoors. Pending the details of the date, the indoor location will be in one of the following places our authentic restored Hayloft, our ground level clubhouse, or our hay barn. *the hayloft is not handicap accessible. The clubhouse and haybarn are handicap accessible.
The Ceremony
Can I choose the music for my ceremony?
As part of the planning process, the officiant will ask what music you would like played during your ceremony.
What type of ceremony is offered? Can we incorporate our own traditions??
We offer a non-denominational ceremony. Once you book your Micro Wedding, you and your partner will be introduced to the officiant and can discuss traditions that are important to you.
Can we write our own vows?
Yes, absolutely.
What if it is just me and my significant other? Do we need a witness?
Yes, you legally need two witnesses in the state of Minnesota. Our staff members can serve as your witnesses.
Can we bring our own officiant?
Yes, but please note that this will not change the package price and you will need to provide your music.
Do you offer same-sex marriages?
Without a doubt, yes!
Photography
When will I get my photos?
We know you’ll be excited to see your wedding photos! You can expect to receive your image gallery no later than two weeks after your wedding.
How will I receive my photos?
You will receive a USB thumb drive in the mail. You own the rights to the images and may print and share them as you please.
Can I get more than 45 images?
While the photographer may have taken more than 45 images of your wedding, only the 45 best are edited, and the rest are deleted. This is done to keep the Micro Wedding process simple and affordable.
Can we bring our own photographer?
Sorry, no. No professional photography or filming is allowed outside of our approved vendors.
Can we request specific photos?
Yes, you can request up to three specific photos. The photography will focus on photos of the couple.
Decor
Can I personalize my decor?
In large part of what makes micro weddings work is that we take the guesswork out for you. All decor is pre-planned, and there are limited options for personalization.
Can I use my own florist?
Sorry, no.
Can I bring my own decor?
Sorry, no. To keep the process simple for you and your guests, we ask that you not bring anything.
Beverages
Can I bring alcohol?
Yes, you can provide champagne for a champagne toast. You come with the chilled champagne and our staff will pour it. The limit is one glass per guest. No other alcohol can be brought in. Anyone who brings in alcohol will be asked to leave.
Can I have non-alcoholic drinks?
Yes, you can add-on a beverage package for $3 per guest. This package includes bottled water and cans of pop. We keep the beverages chilled for you.
The cake
How big is the cake?
It is a single-tiered cake for two.
What if I want to take my cake home?
We will have boxes to take with you.
Can I choose my cake flavor?
Yes, there are several flavors to choose from.
Can I choose my cupcake and cake design?
Yes, you can choose from a few designs and colors.
Ranch Animal Visit
What is a ranch animal visit?
This is a super fun, adorable, and memorable visit by one of our animals whom you choose. You can pick from a mini pony, a horse, a goat, or llama. Our staff will bring out the animal you pick for up to 20 minutes for you and your guests to enjoy or for you to take photos with.
Day of Logistics
What do I need to bring?
Requirements: For your marriage to be legal, you must obtain a marriage license.
What is the timeline?
30 Minutes – Arrive and get ready (we do no recommend getting dressed or having hair and make-up done on-site)
15 Minutes – Ceremony
15 Minutes – Reception
30 Minutes – Take photos with the photographer
Do we have to leave at the end of our Micro Wedding?
Unfortunately, yes. We have to keep the space open for other Micro Wedding couples! However, we can recommend local destinations to continue your celebration.
